Lobster Roll
The Lobster Roll is made with grilled lobster, tilapia, asparagus, cilantro, and cream cheese all panko covered and fried and topped with tobiko and Japanese Chili Powder for a nice hint of smoky spice. In case you're a little extra hungry, the tail is stuffed with volcano topping & sushi rice.
Crawfish Avocado Salad
The Crawfish Avocado Salad is a light and tasty appetizer made with fresh avocados, crawfish, onions, and more. It's an Azu-style guacamole served with crispy wonton chips.
Peking Duck
Choose either a half or whole Peking duck that has been prepared overnight to keep the skin crispy and the meat moist and flavorful. The duck is thinly sliced and served with lotus buns, thinly sliced scallions, and hoison sauce.
