AZU's menu already features the best of Chinese, Japanese, Sushi, and Asian Fusion Cuisine, but we plan to keep updating it by adding new items every few months. To the right are some of the dishes we have listed as our chef's recommendations. Each features ingredients, flavors, and techniques that make them uniquely delicious.

Sushi Menu

On our sushi menu California, Philadelphia, Crispy Spicy Tuna, Sunshine, Shrimp Tempura, Tuna Tuna Tuna, Volcano, Jumbo Spider, and the King & I are long-time favorites amongst the rolls, but we have many new rolls which are becoming equally as popular such as Mango Madness, Seafood Volcano, and Black Mountain. The Dragon Fly roll which has eel and cream cheese inside, topped with avocado, tuna, and tobiko, and served with spicy mayo, eel sauce, and kimchee sauce is almost too beautiful to eat. As for the nigiri and sashimi, you can select your favorites a la carte or choose one of our sushi or sashimi or combo sushi/sashimi dinners. And don't forget the amazing sushi appetizers such as Tuna & Avocado Cubes, Hawaiian Poke, or Spicy Octopus Salad.

Veggie Spider

Mixed vegetable tempura, eel sauce, and cream cheese... a tasty way to get your vegetables!

Shrimp Salmon

Panko fried shrimp, fresh salmon, cream cheese, and eel sauce.

King & I

A large roll of teriyaki chicken and asparagus all panko covered and fried and served with eel sauce and kimchee sauce.

Dragon Fly

A roll of eel & cream cheese topped with avocado, tobiko, and tuna and artfully presented with eel sauce, kimchee sauce, and spicy mayo.

Black Mountain

Onions, mushrooms, and shrimp are sauteed in our black pepper wine sauce and then placed on top of a shrimp tempura roll.

Mango Madness

Panko fried white fish and Volcano topping inside, topped with cubes of fresh avocado and mango in our mayo/mango sauce.

Paradise

The Paradise Roll has Shrimp Tempura and Volcano topping inside and is topped with seaweed salad and smelt roe for a colorful and refreshing finish.

Seafood Volcano

Our volcano topping is mixed with even more seafood (chopped shrimp, scallops, and calamari), baked, and then piled on top of a california roll.

Two Mushrooms

Shiitake mushrooms, crisp asparagus and fresh cucumber inside, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions and drizzled with spicy mayo and eel sauce.
